Goatville Apparel Shipping Policy
1. Production Time vs. Shipping Time Please note that because we print our items on demand, there is a production time associated with your order.
- Production Time: 2–7 business days. This is the time it takes to print/embroider your item.
- Shipping Time: Once produced, the item ships. Standard shipping to the US/EU typically takes 5–15 business days depending on the carrier and destination.
2. International Shipping & Customs We ship internationally. However, international shipments may incur customs fees, duties, taxes, or handling fees.
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Our store does not collect these fees at checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes required by their local government to receive the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
3. Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has finished production and has been handed over to the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.
4. Lost Packages If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Goatville Apparel is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery.
