Goatville Apparel Returns Policy

1. Overview: Made-to-Order Because our products are printed specifically for you on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or color preference. Please review the size charts provided on the product page carefully before ordering.

2. Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (wrong size/design from what was ordered), we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

  • How to Report: You must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Please include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage. You do not need to return the damaged item to us unless requested.

3. Order Cancellation Orders are sent to production very quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, the production process has begun, and we can no longer cancel the order.

4. European Union Right of Withdrawal According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
