Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Because we print our items on demand, there is a production time associated with your order.

Production Time: 2–7 business days. This is the time it takes to print or embroider your item.
Shipping Time: Once produced, the item ships. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–15 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard: $6.95
Express: $19.95
Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has finished production and has been handed over to the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

5. Lost Packages

If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Goatville Apparel is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery.
